What are the deposit methods provided by ADSS?
ADSS provides a variety of different deposit methods for customer indifferent regions to help you deposit funds into your trading account quickly and easily.
Bank wire transfer
Bank wire transfer will be deposited into a customer trading account within 1 to 2 working days after we receive the payment into our HSBC Hong Kong bank account. Please ensure that the full name of the bank account holder is the same as the ADSS MT4 trading account holder. For ADSS' HSBC account information, please click here.
VISA, MasterCard, Credit Card and Debit Card
You can also use credit card and debit card from VISA or MasterCard to deposit money. The operation is simple and fast, and there is no daily deposit limit.
BipiPay and GSDPay

Payment Asia (VND/MYR/THB/IDR)

What is BipiPay?
BipiPay is one of the deposit channels that we provide to customers in Mainland China, the deposit process will involve online banking transfers. The operation process of BipiPay deposit is as follows:
- Enter RMB deposit amount in the My ADSS;
- Go to BipiPay deposit page and get BipiPay payee information;
- Use online banking to transfer money to BipiPay payees;
- BipiPay payees transfer your RMB money to ADSS;
- ADSS converts your RMB money into US dollars and deposits it into your MT4 trading account;

What is GSDPay?
GSD Pay is one of the deposit channels that we provide to customers in Mainland China, and the deposit process includes two major steps: purchase of G-card and redeeming a G-card. The operation process of GSDPay deposit process is as follows:
- Create and log in to the account in GTECH Mall;
- Buy a G-card;
- Use online banking or UnionPay cards to pay for the amount required to purchase a G-card;
- Enter G-card redemption code, redemption passwords and redemption denominations on MyADSS;
- After redemption, your funds will be deposited into your MT4 trading account.

Is the deposit channel legal and safe?
ADSS is committed to operate its business in accordance with the principles of legal compliance and integrity, and this commitment is reflected in our choice of suppliers and third-party partners. We select suppliers and third-party partners based on service quality, and We cannot sign a partnership contract until the legal Department evaluates the supplier and third-party partner. Therefore, We are confident to ensure that the deposit channel is legal and safe.
Can I entrust someone else with a deposit?
No. In order to comply with anti-money laundering laws and to prevent third parties from misusing customer bank accounts and MT4 trading accounts, we do not accept third party remittances and withdrawals under any circumstances.
In the process of customer deposit and payment, we will strictly check the identity of MT4 trading account holders and bank account holders, and only if the identity is consistent to complete the deposit and payment.
We encourage customers to submit their proof of deposit (wire receipt/online bank transfer certificate/credit card debit certificate, etc.) to customer service team [email protected] in a timely manner after depositing, this is convenient for us to track your payments in time, and to ensure that your withdrawal application will not be delayed in the future.
Proof of deposit must include information such as the bank account name, bank account number, transfer time and transfer amount.
How do I apply for withdrawal?
After logging in to MyADSS by email and password, please click on "Withdrawal" in the upper right corner of the web page and then click on the appropriate withdrawal channel.
What method should I choose to make a withdrawal?
In general, the method of withdrawal and deposit must be the same.
- Customers who deposit in RMB: Please select "RMB Withdrawal" for RMB withdrawal.
- Customers who deposit by credit card may encounter the following situations, please refer to the accompanying example:
- Within 60 days from the date of initial deposit, you can choose (1) to withdraw of "the amount below the initial deposit" into the same credit card, and use the ‘’bank wire transfer’’ for withdrawal of the part exceeding the initial deposit amount, or (2) only "bank wire transfer" will be used to make the withdrawal.
- After 60 days from the date of initial deposit, no matter how much you want to withdraw, please use "Bank Wire Transfer" to make the withdrawal.
- For customers who deposit money by bank wire transfer, NETELLER, Skrill and Payment Asia, please use the same channel as the deposit channel to withdraw the money. For example, the customers who deposit money by bank wire transfer must choose bank wire transfer to withdraw money.
I haven't used the customer backstage for a long time, and now I cannot log in, how do I withdraw money?
Please click here to download the funds withdrawal form, complete the "Basic Account Information" and "Wire Transfer" or "Credit Card/UnionPay" fields and sign them, and then send the withdrawal form to the customer service email [email protected]. After the customer service team receives your withdrawal form, they will process your withdrawal request as soon as possible.
Can I apply for a withdrawal to my relative or friend's bank account or credit card?
No. in order to comply with anti-money laundering related laws and to prevent third parties from misusing customer bank accounts and MT4 trading accounts, We do not accept third party remittances and withdrawals under any circumstances.
We will strictly check the identity of MT4 trading account holders and bank account holders and will only be able to make the payment if the identity is consistent. our customer service team may also verify your deposit request and bank account information with you by phone or email.
Why must I submit a proof of deposit before I can apply for a withdrawal?
This is to comply with anti-money laundering related laws and to prevent third parties from fraudulently using customer bank accounts and MT4 trading accounts. We will strictly check the identity of bank account holders and MT4 trading account holders and will only be able to complete deposits and payments if the identity is consistent. In any case, we do not accept third party remittances and withdrawals.
