I forgot the MT4 password, how do I get it back?
Please reset the password by following the steps below.
- Go to myADSS Client Portal login page, click on "Forget passwords?" ;
- Enter the email address that was completed when registering your account on the next reset password page and press "Request to reset password";
- You will receive an email with a password reset link;
- Go to your email box, open the email entitled "ADSS password reset" and press the password reset link in the email;
- Enter a new password; please note that (1) the password must contain 8 to 15 characters and (2) the first character must be an English letter or number;
- After pressing "Reset Password" you can log into my ADSS customer back office and MT4 trading account with a new password.
How do I change my ADSS customer background or MT4 password?
My ADSS customer profile password is the same as the MT4 password. Please reset the password by following the steps below.
- Log into myADSS Client Portal, click on home page, "my profile" in turn, and then press "Change" in the password column;
- Enter the current password and new password, please note that (1) the password must contain 8 to 15 characters, and (2) the first character must be in English letters or numbers;
- And check the option of "Change password" or "Change MT4 account password";
- After pressing "Change password" you can log into myADSS Client Portal and MT4 trading account with a new password.
How can I change my mobile phone number?
Log into myADSS Client Portal, click on home page, my profile, then press "Change" in the mobile phone column, and select the applicable country area number and enter a new mobile phone number, and then press Change.
Fill in the modification of the account application form, fill in the following fields and , and then submit the application form to the customer service team [email protected].
