IMPORTANT NOTICE: ADSS COVID-19 Business Continuity Plans – Operating as Usual

16 March 2020

As a company, we are closely monitoring developments around the spread of corona virus (COVID-19), and our priority remains the safety of our employees and our clients whilst continuing to meet our obligations to our regulators, vendors and wider partners.

ADSS has set up a task force consisting of members of the Senior Leadership team to oversee matters related to COVID-19, to enable us to react swiftly and effectively coordinate our response. Please be assured that our employees remain dedicated to ensuring that we deliver on our commitments and obligations to serving you during these challenging times. Our COVID-19 preparedness is coordinated as part of an established company-wide resiliency program. We are also closely monitoring any impact on trading activity and customer service in order to continue to provide the high-quality service and stability you rely on.

The company continues to extensively test and implement business continuity and incident response strategies and we will continue to take prudent and precautionary measures to ensure that our business is able to transition in a seamless manner, now and in the future. These actions are proving effective to date, and ADSS remains fully functional and able to provide continuity of service.

Please rest assured that we have a full containment and operational strategy in place to mitigate any impact on our business, employees or clients, should the situation escalate. We are pleased to confirm that as of today our business is working at full capacity.
