Mark Hudson
Group Chief Human Resources Officer

Mark Hudson is the Group Chief Human Resources Officer at ADSS. Mark oversees all HR matters across the business and plays a crucial role in driving our next-generation transformation strategy. He is also a member of our Executive Committee.

 

Appointed in August 2022, Mark brings more than 30 years’ experience within financial services to the company. Before joining ADSS, he worked at First Abu Dhabi Bank as Senior Vice President & Head of HR for the Investment Banking, Corporate and Commercial Banking & International divisions. In this role, he was responsible for leading the HR business partner delivery for all people programs. Prior to FAB, he held senior roles at Nomura International and BP. He was Chief Operating Officer, Wholesale Human Resources and Head of Human Resources for Nomura International in the UK, and Vice President for Human Resources at BP Plc’s Integrated Supply & Trading division. He has also worked at Bank of America and Barclays.

He holds an MBA from the University of Hull and a BA in Modern and Medieval History from the University of London.
