Dubai Investments is a highly diversified, publicly listed multi-asset investment conglomerate spanning multiple sectors across the UAE and select international markets.
Incorporated in Dubai in July 1995, the group was established in order to channel capital into the emirate’s key growth sectors. Its flagship asset is Dubai Investments Park, a wholly-owned 2,300-hectare planned community in Jebel Ali housing over 4,200 companies across industrial, commercial and residential zones. Though this remains the group’s most important investment, DIC’s portfolio includes dozens of entirely or partly owned subsidiaries across a diversified selection of industries including manufacturing and financial services.
Dubai Investments has been listed on the Dubai Financial Market (DFM) under the ticker DIC since March 2000. DIC has a broad shareholder base, offering investors diversified exposure to the emirate’s real estate, industrial and financial sectors within a single listed vehicle.
